PT Wisesa Eka is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a memorable dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet facilities for events and gatherings.,Provide exceptional customer service to guests and event organizers.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Handle any special requests or accommodations for guests.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event follow-up.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic kitchen duties and food presentation.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
