• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using our high-quality espresso machines and brewing equipment.
• Handle cash transactions and manage our POS system.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by greeting customers, taking orders, and providing excellent service.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Stay up-to-date with coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the café's overall performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a café or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
