📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.,Handle daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Process and manage customer transactions and payments.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.,Assist in training new staff and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Generate and maintain reports on store performance and sales.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product deliveries and returns.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or store management role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer service mindset.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
