Hub Bold Indonesia is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Oversee the company's health and safety policies.,Manage the company's HR information system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems is a plus.
