As an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' technical issues, providing prompt and efficient support. You'll use tools like Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Jira to manage and resolve tickets, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 technical support to clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and track support tickets using Zendesk and ServiceNow.
• Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Train and assist end-users on basic IT support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support.
• Maintain accurate records of all support activities and client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Jira.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
