Hotel Vera Health Center is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Cashier to join our front desk team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at our reception. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process payments and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors.,Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.,Handle cash and credit card payments securely.,Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.,Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure smooth operations.,Follow up on outstanding payments and balances.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
