📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Schedule and assign vehicles to employees or departments based on their needs and the company's requirements.,Monitor vehicle usage and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the fleet maintenance team in resolving vehicle issues.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles or equipment as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
