📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations, including opening and closing the cash register.,Ensure accurate and efficient handling of customer transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the manager.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
