PT Tirta Melati is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, and be able to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to our company's financial health.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions,Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payments,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP),Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations
