Pearl Global Indonesia is looking for a talented and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data, as well as identifying areas for improvement in our internal controls. You will work closely with various departments to assess their processes and provide recommendations for enhancement. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and financial processes.,Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhancement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their processes and provide guidance.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.,Familiarity with auditing standards and regulations applicable to the company's industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant audit software.
