📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the organization.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Supervise the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and mentorship.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
