As a Senior Tax Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing our tax compliance processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax compliance strategies and policies to ensure adherence to all tax laws and regulations.,Oversee and manage the preparation, filing, and payment of all tax returns and related documentation.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff on tax compliance matters.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance with these changes.,Prepare and present tax compliance reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors as needed to ensure compliance and resolve any issues.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all tax-related records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance, preferably in a multinational or international environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing and overseeing tax compliance processes.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
