📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Review and edit technical content for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Assist in the development of training materials and user guides,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, Markdown),Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and project management skills
