📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, follow-ups, and collections.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment collection from clients, maintaining a healthy cash flow.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to resolve any discrepancies and maintain strong business relationships.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving cash flow and collection efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize processes.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and business partners, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in our accounting system, QuickBooks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with a focus on accounts receivable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software like QuickBooks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
