📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the business in the assigned area.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide excellent service.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and operational efficiency.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
