In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, training, and exit interviews.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.,Support the HR Manager in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is required.
