📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage the branch's budget and financial performance.,Collaborate with the corporate office to achieve overall business goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and the community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is highly desirable.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
