📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations using our in-house booking system.
• Greet clients upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome and valued.
• Assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have about our services and facilities.
• Coordinate with our team of instructors to ensure smooth class schedules and client needs are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, including managing equipment and supplies.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities to support our studio's growth.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our studio's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a wellness or fitness setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with basic computer software, including booking systems and email management tools.
• Passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
