As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and design to final execution and handover. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources using project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and implement measures to mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, cost analyses, and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project coordination, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
