Permata Fajar Corporindo is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya. As an HSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the integrity of our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near-misses to prevent future occurrences.,Collaborate with management to develop and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.,Certification in HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001) is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
