📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve store goals and objectives.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve the shopping experience.,Participate in store audits and quality assurance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
