📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring they are motivated and productive.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.,Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and communicated effectively.,Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to property management is a plus.
