📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the tax team, ensuring efficient and effective tax operations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Provide tax advice and guidance to internal stakeholders and external clients.,Monitor and analyze tax trends and developments, and recommend appropriate actions.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure the tax team is aware of these developments.,Build and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax operations, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven track record of success in tax planning, compliance, and optimization.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.
