📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient running.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, support, and motivation.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.
