Plus Hub Pratama is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical assistance and support to employees, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain IT security measures to protect against cyber threats.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the efficient operation of IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with IT security measures and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
