📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain sales records and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Coordinate with sales teams to schedule and confirm meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and professional responses.,Support the sales team in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.,Maintain a well-organized office environment, including filing systems and record-keeping.,Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and trade shows.,Provide administrative support to the sales manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in an international environment.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
