Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Set and achieve sales targets, driving revenue growth for the ISP services.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to increase market share and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing sales teams.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
