📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular communication and follow-up.,Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and generate leads.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
