🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,Proficient in using HR management software and tools,Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization is a plus,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a must
