📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage fleet movements using advanced dispatching software such as Geotab or similar.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of chemicals.
• Optimize routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance and delivery status.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet dispatching or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Proven experience with dispatching software such as Geotab, FleetComplete, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of route optimization and fleet management best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Certification in logistics or transportation management is a plus.
