📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling services using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Develop and implement mental health education programs for the community.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health.
• Promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma through community engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Licensed Psychologist with a valid certification from the Indonesian Psychological Association (IAP).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mental health services.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multicultural setting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care.
