📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food production
• Develop and implement menu items, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory and purchasing to optimize kitchen efficiency
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor food costs and contribute to cost control measures
• Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team-building activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
• Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and ensuring food safety compliance
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and ability to create innovative menu items
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Valid food handler's certification
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required)
