📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical installations and maintenance projects.
• Manage a team of electrical technicians, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the quality and safety of electrical systems.
• Develop and implement training programs for the electrical team.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the electrical team and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and records are maintained for each project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installations and maintenance.
• Certification as an Electrical Technician or similar relevant certification.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of electrical technicians.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using electrical design and drafting software such as AutoCAD Electrical or similar.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
