📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and optimize material planning and production scheduling processes to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products.
• Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, including safety stock levels, reorder points, and ABC analysis.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.
• Utilize advanced software tools such as SAP ERP, MS Excel, and other industry-standard applications to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in material planning, production control, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing material planning and production control strategies.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP and other industry-standard software tools.
