📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct leadership assessments and coaching sessions to help managers develop their skills and capabilities.
• Create and implement customized leadership development programs tailored to individual needs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to support managers in their professional growth.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance leadership competencies.
• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to align leadership development initiatives with company goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of coaching initiatives to ensure effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest leadership trends and best practices to continuously improve coaching methodologies.
• Build strong relationships with managers and team members to create a supportive and collaborative environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Management & Leadership Coach or similar role.
• Certification in leadership development or a related field (e.g., ICF Certified Coach, CPCC, or similar).
• Strong understanding of leadership theories and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and leadership assessment tools (e.g., 360-degree feedback, leadership assessments).
