📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices and payments using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Manage accounts receivable, including follow-ups with customers for overdue payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for the management team.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing issues professionally.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all financial activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
